We are glad to welcome you at the website of the International Municipal BRICS+ Forum, which will be held on November 9-10, 2023, at the Expoforum Convention and Exhibition Centre, Saint Petersburg, Russia.
The Forum is an important platform for the exchange of experience and ideas between representatives of regional and municipal governments from the BRICS countries and other partner states. During the Forum, you will be able to discuss current topics in the field of urban development, contribute to the development of regional structures and establish contacts with colleagues from other countries.
The Forum will feature reports and presentations by experts, panel discussions and round tables, meetings with business partners and opportunities for the exchange of experience in an informal setting. The Forum will also be devoted to the consideration of modern approaches and technologies in city management, the development of municipal infrastructure, ensuring the sustainability of cities and more efficient resource management.

Participation formats
Participation of representatives of regions and municipalities
There is an opportunity to participate in the event free of charge for representatives of regions and municipalities. An application for participation in the Forum can be submitted until March 31 by sending an official letter to the Organising Committee with the composition of your delegation by e-mail: international@imbricsforum.com. Applications are considered on a case-to-case basis.
